As the Christmas season approaches, CHEER is once again calling on the compassion of our community to help support home-bound seniors—and their beloved pets—through a special holiday donation drive.
Many seniors receiving Meals on Wheels share not only their hearts, but also their food, with their furry companions. For those living alone, pets provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support. Your donation of nonperishable food and pet supplies can make all the difference for both seniors and the animals that mean so much to them.

Christmas Donation Deadline: December 19
All donations received by December 19 will be included with CHEER’s Christmas Meal deliveries, ensuring that seniors and their pets feel remembered, supported, and loved during the holiday season.
What to Donate
CHEER is accepting:
Nonperishable food items
Dog or cat food (wet or dry)
Pet treats
Kitty litter
Donations can be dropped off at the CHEER Community Center or any CHEER Senior Activity Center.
