Sea Witch Festival: A Spooktacular Delaware Tradition Worth the Drive!

It may be a bit of a drive from the 39th District — but trust us, it’s well worth it! Every fall, visitors from across the East Coast flock to Rehoboth Beach for one of Delaware’s most beloved traditions: the Sea Witch® Festival. If people travel hundreds of miles to join the fun, we can certainly make the short trip to support our neighbors in the 38th District and celebrate one of the most spirited weekends of the year!

👻 About the Festival

The Sea Witch® Halloween & Fiddler’s Festival is hosted annually by the Rehoboth Beach–Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce and brings together locals and tourists alike for three jam-packed days of parades, costumes, contests, crafts, and live entertainment. This year’s festival runs from Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27, 2025, and promises something fun for every age.

• The Famous Sea Witch Parade – Costumed groups, floats, and local organizations march down Rehoboth Avenue in a colorful celebration of Halloween fun.

• Costume & Dog Contests – From spooky to silly, there’s a category for everyone — even your furry friends!
