Easterseals Hosts Caregiver Resource Center Open House on December 3rd

Caring for a loved one is an act of devotion—but it also comes with challenges, questions, and daily responsibilities that can feel overwhelming. That’s why Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is opening its doors for a special Caregiver Resource Center Open House on December 3, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., located at 61 Corporate Circle, New Castle, DE 19720.

This hybrid event is designed to give caregivers the support, resources, and tools they need to make everyday life a little easier.

Whether you’re caring for an aging parent, a child with a disability, or a loved one who needs daily support, this open house is a valuable opportunity to learn more about the programs and services available to you. Easterseals’ staff will be onsite to answer questions, guide you through caregiving solutions, and connect you with programs that support independence and wellbeing.

Experience Hundreds of Assistive Technology Tools

One of the highlights of the event is the chance to explore hundreds of assistive technology devices—from mobility aids and adaptive tools to communication devices and smart home items. These hands-on demonstrations show how technology can reduce stress, save time, and create safer, more accessible living environments for your loved one.
