Why Delaware's Health Care Regulations Are Hurting Consumers
Delaware’s Certificate of Public Review (CPR) program was created with good intentions, but it has become a major barrier to competition in the state’s healthcare system. The program restricts new providers from entering the market, raising costs and limiting choices for consumers. As evidence shows, this anti-competitive regulation only serves to protect established providers, making healthcare less accessible and affordable for Delawareans.

Where Offshore Wind Litigation Stands in Delaware
SB 159 is the law passed after Sussex County denied US Wind’s permit to land cables at 3Rs Beach. The General Assembly then declared the project approved despite that denial. Sussex County and Fenwick Island now argue in the Court of Chancery that the State cannot retroactively override a local zoning decision, raising serious separation of powers and due process concerns.
